HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

We aim to send your order on the same business day, if not the next.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE WITH ME?

Shipping will be estimated upon your check out.

Our delivery service aims for 2-5 days within the UK, 5-10 within Europe and is possibly longer depending on where you are around the globe.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

We currently accept payments via Debt/Credit Card.

I DON'T SEE MY PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD

We aim to cover most recognised payment methods, however, if you don't see your preferred option, please contact us via email and we will try arrange payment that is more suitable.

Shipping

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We have free shipping across the UK when you spend over £50.

All other shipping is calculated at checkout and comes directly from our shipping company.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Of course!

However, shipping charges are variable based on your location throughout the globe.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES/TAXES ON MY ORDER?

For some international customers, there is a chance that you will be charged duties or taxes by your local authorities.

These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you need advise on duties or taxes in your country, we advise you contact your relevant local authorities.

A PRODUCT THAT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK

Unfortunately our products sell out. Not to worry though, we aim to restock our products as fast as production ables us.

The best way to find out when the item your after comes back into stock is to sign up to our mailing list and socials.

Keep an eye out for limited releases though as they tend to not come back in stock.

I NEED HELP WITH SIZING

Currently our Lids are adjustable, however, if you have any questions on sizing please email us with your questions.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY LID?

Stains will usually come out with a damp cloth.

However, if this doesn't work, opt for a soak in cold water with laundry powered for 10mins max, followed by a delicate hand wash and sun drying.
